Some jobs need welded seams, hems and eyelets in the right places. Here is how to describe what you need so it fits first time.
A flat sheet is a good start, but many real jobs are not flat: a machine with corners, a stack of material, a trailer, a storage bay. A cover made to measure follows the shape and stays where you put it.
What custom fabrication can include
- Welded seams for larger sizes.
- Hems and reinforcement where tension is highest.
- Eyelets or fixing points placed to suit how you tie it down.
- Flaps, openings or straps where access is needed.
How to describe your job
Sketch it, add the main dimensions, say what it covers and how it will be fixed, and share a photo if you can. The more we see, the better the first fit. Our custom-fabricated PVC cover is quoted from that information.
Where it often helps
Reservoir and pond covers, stored equipment, temporary shelters, workshop screens and truck tarpaulins. For tarps specifically see choosing a truck tarpaulin.
Lead time and price
Made-to-order items need production time and are priced after we confirm size and features. We will tell you plainly what to expect, and lead times on this website are placeholders until confirmed.
Send us your sketch and we will come back with a clear proposal.
