Measurement Guide
Measuring for a pond or dam liner
Measure the top length, top width and maximum depth in the same unit. Enter the side slope as a ratio (horizontal : vertical); use 0 for vertical walls. Add an anchor allowance (default 0.5 m) for the trench around the rim.
For rectangular ponds the liner size is: bottom + two sloping sides + allowance. Ovals are estimated from the enclosing rectangle and need engineering confirmation. Irregular shapes are handled by quotation.
Measuring for a tarpaulin
Measure the load area length and width and add the overhang you want. Choose the nearest standard size or enter custom dimensions.
Measuring for a curtain
Measure the opening length and the drop (top rail to floor). Decide how many panels you need — wide openings are split into overlapping panels.
